Frequently asked questions

How much does laundry cost?

Each shop sets its own prices (per kg, per item or per set), shown clearly in the app. You see an estimated price when you order; the shop weighs your items and sends the final price on receipt, and only washes once you agree.

How long does it take?

It depends on the service and shop; wash & dry is usually same-day, dry cleaning 1–2 days. Estimated times are listed for each service, and the app notifies you when your items are washed.

How are delivery fees calculated?

With a giatnhanh shipper, the fee is based on distance, charged separately for each leg and shown clearly in the app before you order; for long distances the app asks you first. You pay the fee to the shipper. With Grab/Ahamove, the provider charges the fee.

How do I pay?

You pay for laundry directly to the shop when you get your items back (cash or bank transfer, depending on the shop), and pay the delivery fee to the shipper. giatnhanh doesn't collect laundry payments from you.

What if my items are lost or damaged?

The shop is responsible while your items are at the shop; the shipper is responsible from pickup (with a photo of the bag) until delivery. File a complaint in the app and giatnhanh will contact both parties and help resolve it; shippers hold a deposit to cover compensation if items are lost or damaged.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, while the order is still at the Placed step (before the shop receives your items or a shipper picks them up). Unexpired promo codes go back to your wallet.

Where do I file a complaint?

Within 3 days after the order is completed, tap Complaint in the order (with photos if you have them). giatnhanh will contact you within 24 hours.

Does giatnhanh do the laundry?

No. giatnhanh is an intermediary platform connecting you with laundry shops and shippers; the laundry is done by the shops.
