Our team
Giatnhanh was started by Lữ Minh Hoàng, who wants to turn everyday needs into services of real value to the community.
Giatnhanh is a startup built on a long-term ambition: to spot familiar needs in daily life and connect them with the companies, shops and household businesses able to meet them.
The project was started by Lữ Minh Hoàng, who has more than 5 years of experience in operations management and more than 3 years in sales management. That experience shaped Giatnhanh's approach: start from real problems, care about process, listen to everyone involved and improve the service experience step by step.
At this stage, Giatnhanh is led by its founder. We aim to build a young, dedicated team that understands users' very everyday wishes. That team will grow together with the product, partners and real needs – not just to scale up, but to keep a spirit of listening, responsibility and continuous improvement.
We understand that an idea can only become a useful service when it is carried out by people who are willing to learn, work responsibly and persevere with what they believe is worthwhile.

Lữ Minh Hoàng started Giatnhanh. He has more than 5 years of experience in operations management and more than 3 years in sales management. With Giatnhanh, Hoàng wants to bring an operations mindset and an understanding of customers to solving practical needs in daily life.
How we plan to build the team
Giatnhanh aims for a young, dedicated team that is eager to learn and understands users' everyday wishes. This is how we plan to grow the team in the time ahead, not a description of a large team that already exists today.
