About giatnhanh

Introduction

Giatnhanh began with a very ordinary question: why are familiar everyday needs still not served as conveniently as we would like?

A cup of coffee on a table in a small café

Giatnhanh grew out of a conversation in a small café in the heart of Đà Nẵng. That day, the talk didn't start with billion-dollar markets or far-off technology. We talked about things very close to home: the needs that come up in daily life, the inconveniences many people have learned to put up with, and the services that could still be done better.

From that conversation, a question slowly took shape: if the need already exists, and there are shops, household businesses and providers able to meet it, what is keeping the two sides from connecting more easily and effectively?

Giatnhanh was born from the wish to answer that question. We chose to start with laundry – a practical, familiar need that keeps coming back in daily life. Rather than asking users to change their habits, Giatnhanh aims to make laundry services easier to reach, while giving local laundry shops more chances to reach customers.

For the founder, this journey is also tied to a Japanese idea called Ikigai – a reason to get up every day and feel that your work matters. Ikigai here is not a grand slogan. It is the belief that meaning can come from noticing a small problem in daily life and patiently doing something useful to solve it.

Laundry is Giatnhanh's starting point, not its limit. We want to build, step by step, an ecosystem of everyday services where users' real needs can be connected with those able to serve them. That journey has to begin with listening, testing and improving the smallest things.

From a familiar need to a longer journey

An idea that starts from daily life

We believe many worthwhile opportunities lie not in creating new needs, but in noticing needs that already exist and finding ways to serve them better. Small inconveniences, when taken seriously, can become the starting point of a valuable solution.

Why start with laundry?

Laundry is a practical, familiar and recurring need. It is a fitting field for Giatnhanh to start learning how to connect users with local laundry shops, make the service easier to reach and make ordering – tracking – receiving clearer.

What does Giatnhanh want to create?

Giatnhanh aims to be a connecting platform: helping users find and use services more easily, while giving laundry shops more chances to reach customers. We don't position ourselves as the ones who do the washing; the platform's value lies in connecting people and organising the service experience.

A small start, a long-term ambition

We don't see laundry as the end point. By understanding one specific need deeply, Giatnhanh hopes to expand step by step into other everyday services once there is enough groundwork, partners and operating capacity. Every step should come from real needs and be proven by real experience.
